L - Listen

Listen deeply to yourself, others, and your environment.  Leadership begins with awareness.

Questions:

  • What am I experiencing?
  • What am I avoiding?
  • What feedback am I hearing?

A - Assess

Assess reality with honesty and courage.  Separate facts from assumptions.

Questions:

  • What is actually true?
  • What evidence do I have?
  • Where are my blind spots?

N - Notice

Notice patterns, habits, and recurring obstacles.  Transformation starts when patterns become visible.

Questions:

  • What keeps showing up?
  • What triggers me?
  • What strengths am I underutilizing?

T - Think

Think intentionally rather than react automatically.  Challenge old narratives and expand possibilities.

Questions:

  • What story am I telling myself?
  • What else could be true?
  • What options have I not considered?

E - Experiment

Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.

R - Reflect

Reflect on results and learning.  Reflection converts experience into wisdom.

Questions:

  • What worked?
  • What didn't?
  • What did I learn about myself?

N - Navigate

Navigate forward with intention and purpose.  Leadership is an ongoing journey, not a destination.

Questions:

  • What matters most now?
  • What is my next meaningful step?
  • How do I sustain momentum?
